A: Everything except large structural repairs (like axle or container box replacements).

Q: So you can replace hydraulic cylinders on-site?

A: Yep, sure can.

Q: Can you change any hydraulic hose?

A: Yep, that’s not a problem.

Q: Do you have a travel limit?

A: I used to be a long-haul trucker so, if you want me to come to you, I’m happy to make the drive, no matter how far.

Q: Can I bring my Equipter to you?

A: Yes, if you prefer to come to me, my shop is located at 1682 Reading Rd, Mohnton, PA 19540.

Q: How often should my Equipter be serviced?

A: Equipter recommends routine maintenance every 6 months, with additional services recommended every 3 years (see our Services page for more details).

Q: How quickly can you get to me in an emergency?

A: That varies due to your location and existing appointments but I do my best to get to emergency repairs as quickly as I can so that you can get back to work!

Q: Not having my Equipter is going to put a major dent in my crew’s productivity. What can I do?

A: Don’t worry, you came to the right place. Our on-site services are your best bet for getting back up and running, fast! But, in the event that your Equipter will be out of commission longer than you’d like, we also offer options for replacement equipment that would cover you for the duration of your service.
